Set up and operate CNC machines to perform precision machining operations
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations
Select and install appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machine accessories
Monitor machine operation to ensure proper functioning and make necessary adjustments
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualification/Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience operating CNC machines
Proficient in the use of hand tools and measuring instruments
Strong knowledge of machining principles and techniques
Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
Experience with programming CNC machines is a plus
Forklift operation for material handling
Proficiency in CNC programming and operation
Knowledge of laser cutting processes
Ability to use hand tools effectively
Strong mathematical skills for basic calculations
Experience with milling machines
Understanding of machining processes and techniques
Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
Ability to operate a crane for heavy lifting
