Milling/Turning/EDM Programmer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Superior knowledge on programming CNC and/or Wire Machines efficiently to produce parts to customer blueprint specification while adhering to quality and safety standards.
  • Plan programming by studying blueprints, 3D models, dimensions, and tolerances to yield a respectable and functional final product.
  • Accomplishes organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests: exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Take charge by being hands on with the machines on the manufacturing floor by proving out and setting up with new programs.

Qualification/Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-10+ Years of Experience Programming
  • Experienced with 3D Software, Manual Programming a Bonus
  • Thorough Understanding and Ability to Read / Interpret Blueprints
  • Conceptual Skills, Process Improvement, Verbal Communication. Functional and Technical Skills, Tooling. Coordination, Measuring Equipment

Quality Control Inspector

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Read and comprehend blueprints and drawings, use appropriate measuring equipment in order to verify manufacturing is to customer specification.
  • Inspect and test product at various stages of the production process while evaluating statistical data to determine and maintain quality and reliability.
  • Generates job specific inspection documentation and assembles completed job packet.
  • Recommends modifications of existing quality or production standards to achieve optimum quality within limits of equipment capability.
  • And drive improvements to the Quality Management System adhering to policies and procedures.

Qualification/Requirements:

  • Manufacturing - Machine Shop Experience
  • Thorough Understanding and Ability to Read / Interpret Blueprints
  • Conceptual Skills, Process Improvement, Verbal Communication, Functional and Technical Skills, Tooling, Coordination
  • Measurement Equipment Comprehension (Calipers, Micrometers, CMM, Optical Comparator, Indicators, ETC..)

Milling/Turning/EDM Setup

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Must efficiently setup and operate CNC and/or Wire EDM Machines to produce parts to customer blueprint specification while adhering to quality and safety standards.
  • Load fixturing and tooling into machines, and read basic programs as necessary.
  • Must maintain clean workspace, and prepare for future orders between cycles if able.
  • Responsible for submitting first pieces to Quality Control prior to production run. Needs to be able to make adjustments as necessary.
  • Having the ability to setup 4th or 5th axis machines is a bonus.
  • Accomplishes organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests: exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Qualification/Requirements:

  • Thorough Understanding and Ability to Read / Interpret Blueprints
  • Practical Knowledge of Math, Geometry Required

Milling/Turning/ EDM Operator

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC machines to perform precision machining operations
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations
  • Select and install appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machine accessories
  • Monitor machine operation to ensure proper functioning and make necessary adjustments
  • Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualification/Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience operating CNC machines
  • Proficient in the use of hand tools and measuring instruments
  • Strong knowledge of machining principles and techniques
  • Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
  • Experience with programming CNC machines is a plus
  • Forklift operation for material handling
  • Proficiency in CNC programming and operation
  • Knowledge of laser cutting processes
  • Ability to use hand tools effectively
  • Strong mathematical skills for basic calculations
  • Experience with milling machines
  • Understanding of machining processes and techniques
  • Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
  • Ability to operate a crane for heavy lifting

Laser Marker Programmer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Program and Set-up our Laser Marker/Engraver Equipment.
  • Program and Set-up Laser Beam Weld Equipment.
  • Operate machines efficiently to produce product to blueprint spec.
  • Design and fabricate fixturing for Laser Marker.
  • Conducting visual inspection to meet requirements of marking quality.
  • Maintain good documentation practices (GDP).

Qualification/Requirements:

  • Manufacturing/ Autocad Experience A Plus, But Not Necessary
  • Math/Science Technical Background (Stem) Degree or Experience
  • Must Use All Inspection Equipment (Calibers, Optical Comparators)
  • Thorough Understanding and Ability to Read/ Interpret Blueprints
  • Strong computer skills
